Sketchcrawl in Lower Albina

Susan and I headed down across Interstate, to look for river access.  But stopped on the way to sketch the North Coast Seed Studio building.  I made several false starts before ending up focusing just on the chairs set up on the old loading dock.

At the restaurant, while waiting for our food, our table tried sketching each other.  I'm afraid that Elo's drawing of me turned out much better than mine of her.

 Then a few five-minute poses, which gave me time to add a bit of shading...

And cumulating in an hour-long pose, split into 20-minute shifts.

Networking night

A jobs fair actually, put on by Amazon, which just bought Elemental.  I hadn't planned to go, but a friend wanted some moral support, so I went to be his wing-person.
